At Servant’s Heart Farm, we believe people deserve more than temporary help — they deserve a
structured path forward. Our 3Rs Program provides safe housing, mentoring, work opportunities, and
life-skills training through a 48-month journey designed to restore dignity, responsibility, and independence.
The 48-Month Journey
🛖 Stabilize & Heal
Safe transitional housing gives participants a place to rest, recover, and step out of survival mode. Basic needs are met while individuals begin the process of healing from trauma, addiction, or homelessness.
🤝 Recovery & Mentoring
Participants receive recovery support, mentorship, and accountability while rebuilding trust, relationships, and personal stability.
🌱 Structure & Purpose
Daily routines, work responsibilities, and community living help participants develop discipline, responsibility, and purpose through hands-on opportunities at the farm.
🧰 Life Skills & Career Growth
Participants build real-world skills including financial literacy, job readiness, communication, and long-term planning to prepare for independent living.
🏠 Independent Living
The final phase prepares participants for stable employment and permanent housing, ensuring they leave the program ready to live independently and confidently.

At Servant's Heart Farm, we are dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality produce and products while supporting our veterans. Join us in our mission to bring food from our farm to your table. Although we are still in the beginning stages of this endeavor, We have put together this website to give everyone a preview of what our vision is and what goals we're trying to accomplish. We are reaching out to our local community and organizations for any input, help and encouragement you may have to offer. We're currently in the building phase where we're getting our chicken coops set up, and our greenhouses built. We're looking for volunteers. So if you're so inclined to do so come out join us and help us make this program a success.
